課程概述 |
說明能量傳遞與質量傳遞的基本原理,簡介化工程序中常見的能量傳遞操作設備與操作原理 |
課程目標 |
1. 能了解能量傳遞基本原理、熱通量、熱傳遞量與溫度差的關係
2. 能了解熱傳導係數、Fourier 熱傳導方程式並能據以分析熱傳導系統
3. 熟悉shell energy balance,並能據以應用至熱傳遞系統
4. 能了解熱對流之基本原理並能據以應用到熱傳係數的估計
5. 能了解thermal boundary layer theory, 並能用於熱傳係數的估計。
6. 能了解有相變化時之基本能量傳遞,並能估計熱傳系數
7. 能了解能量傳遞裝置與其基本的設計原理
8. 能了解基本之輻射熱傳遞
9. 能了解基本之質量傳遞並能據以分析質量傳遞系統
10. 能了解基本之含界面之質量傳遞系統,動量、熱量與質量之相似性 |
課程要求 |
三次大考 (60%)
隨堂考 (20%)
作業 (15%) (約八次,每次三題左右,必須使用Scilab or Matlab程式,線上繳交(用word 檔案); 不接受遲交)
每人報告一題請用ppt檔繳交,務必說明清楚題目,作法,與結果。報告題站作業比重最重50%)
參與情況加分 (10%,缺席一次扣2.5%)
作業報告加分(5%); 每組三∼四人,每人只要負責一題,報告由老師,助教,同學評分 (加權50%) |
